Our Story
Ferrucci Brick Oven Pizza started with a passion for authentic Italian cuisine. Our food truck brings the traditional taste of brick oven pizza to your events and festivals. After 20 years as a firefighter and "Firehouse Chef" I decided to chase another passion of mine, cooking. Being the son of Italian immigrant parents, I was raised around the passion for food with my best memories with friends and family around a kitchen table eating delicious food, laughing and enjoying each others company. I now have taken this passion to the public. I will come to your home, business, private space or where ever I can squeeze my pizza truck. You are the customer and my boss, We will customize your menu for you and do all we can to make your special event memorable!
